Refund Policy
OKOTA reserves the right to approve or deny advertising requests, per availability and/or the board’s consideration of the topic relevance to our mission statement.
Membership dues are only refundable upon request for consideration by the board and may be refunded minus applicable service fees for processing. Please contact [email protected] to share your request.
Event tickets are refundable up to 14 days prior to the event start date. If a refund is needed within 14 days of the event start date, please send your notice of cancellation and request for consideration of a refund to [email protected] - the OKOTA board may approve full or partial refunds (minus fees for processing). We strive to provide quality and affordable professional development for guests. Refunds within 48 hours of event start date are non-refundable.
